As a non-profit organisation, Amdram Musical Theatre is proud of it’s history and continues to maintain a high standard of Live Musical Theatre.  Amdram provides a worthy cultural outlet dedicated to the performance and production of live theatre for people of all ages in and around Wanganui and the region. 

Many of Amdram’s members over the years have gone on to become part of the professional stage nationally and world wide.

Amdram aspires to provide an opportunity for young talent and enthusasiam to flourish.  The youth of today  are the future of Amdram as we continue into the 21st century.  Amdram offers a safe and professional environment to all and gives everyone the opportunity to partake in live performance either backstage or on stage or in the varying departments needed to run Amdram.
